My diet is definitely not great, but I'm supplementing that as well with HumanTonik shakes.
Probably not as good as sorting out the base diet, but it takes less effort and is probably better than not doing anything at all....

Why does basing the commission on the value make any more sense to you than the cent per share?
The broker is doing the same thing, changing some values in a database, it's not any harder for the computer to do that whether the value is a million or a one.

I'm in the process of doing the same thing right now.
So far what I did with the down-payment (10% of the value of the asset) was transfer USD to Schwab, and then transfer EUR from Schwab to the seller.
I'm not sure that the conversion fee was at Schwab, I only see the $15 wire fee.

Game theory, I believe, is concerned with strategies in somewhat repeatable conditions.

Well, I'm retiring at the end of the year, so the separation will be quite complete. ;)
But mostly, the beginning part doesn't feel like work, but the further in I get, the more it feels like work, so I often don't finish anything.
But with stuff like going to sketch meetups it's a self-contained...
